Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located around the world. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It will usually take 7 - 45 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product, as most hand crafted.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD.

We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
Can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email to confirm shipment when your order leaves the warehouse. The email will contain a tracking code that enables you to check the delivery status of your order online at any time.

What are the delivery times and shipping cost?
Orders are dispatched 2 weeks following receipt of your order, after which delivery times are 5-10 working days. Shipping costs may vary depending on your destination.

You can pay in the any of the following ways:

How can I exercise the right to cancel?
Mcalceus wants to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return one or more of the items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned product(s).
The goods themselves must also be returned within 14 days of their receipt, together with a completed Returns Form, Mcalceus, Prime Tower, Suite No 502, Business Bay, Dubai
Shipping costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. In order to exercise your right to cancel, the goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with the original labels still attached, and with the original packaging. Returned products must be packaged so as to avoid damage to the original packaging. When returning goods, the risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer.
